Peta Credlin is being interviewed on British radio by @JuliaHB1 about Tony Abbott.

"He was in Parliament for 25 years. Every single one of his chiefs of staff were women. The guy's got three sisters, a very strong, independent wife and three daughters. He's not a misogynist."
Credlin: "The claim of homophobia? Well his sister is gay. She was so well supported by Abbott inside the family. They disagree on the issue of the definition of marriage. Just because you disagree on the definition of marriage doesn't mean you're a homophobe."
FYI here is a statement from @resourcefultype about the issue https://twitter.com/resourcefultype/status/1301688121554169856?s=20
Credlin: "Julia Gillard and Kevin Rudd both voted against gay marriage. Malcolm Turnbull was once against gay marriage. Tony has held that view for a long time."
More P.E.T.A: "This idea that he has some sort of hatred at the core of his being is wrong." She says the China, Japan and South Korea trade deals were delivered by Abbott after sitting on the desks of previous governments.
"This is the problem with modern left debate. You're not allowed to be different or wrong; you're not just wrong - you're bad. This is being pushed around by Australian left-wing journalists as much as it is the Nicola Sturgeons of the world."
Credlin advises Downing Street to ignore the "hate from the left" and appoint him to the Board of Trade.
