(I've excluded the penalties to avoid distortion.)
On the first chart above, you can find who over- or underperforms his expected goal (above/below the diagonal line).
Lots of surprising names came up as overperformers, so let's take a look at them.

Ogbu's performance seems unsustainable as he produced these numbers from 20 shots only. On the other hand, Sylisufaj had 30 shots (only Thelin and Besara had more among the overperformers) and as we will see it later, he seems to be a really decent finisher.

Since Almqvist started to play alongside (or behind) Nyman, he's been playing really dangerously.
The trio of Bergström, Mehmeti and Söderlund excels in getting into dangerous positions.

He's been having fitness problems this year, but he's really reliable and dangerous when on the field, and has a huge role that the team's in the 2nd place.

Isaac KIESE THELIN (28, @Malmo_FF)His signing seems to be a league-winner move by Malmö, as he's already contributed with 9 goals (tied top scorer) and 3 assists. His performance earned him a national team call-up after almost 2 years.
Christoffer NYMAN (27, @ifknorrkoping)Even though his team's having a terrible form after the dream-like start of the season, he's been performing constantly and delivers goals (9) and assists (2). Started all 18 matches so far and he's a key player of the club.
