How many people have spent most of their life afraid to admit they have a mental health condition diagnosis, or afraid to see a specialist in case they get any such thing? Afraid to have it on their record, in case people question their parenting, their competence? Well/
It& #39;s all very weird, isn& #39;t it. Because it turns out that nearly everyone has a mental health condition that& #39;s diagnosable, at some stage.

So, what are we doing, when using this as a way to cause people harm in their lives?/
And what are we doing as a society, that nearly everyone amongst us ends up with (say) anxiety, or depression, etc?

What does it say about certain faith groups who bully people about mental health, saying it& #39;s Their Fault For Not Being Faithful Enough?/
I would like a world where we stopped imagining that mental health conditions are something that happens to & #39;other people& #39; & #39;somewhere else& #39;. People who & #39;can& #39;t cope& #39; and & #39;aren& #39;t strong like me& #39;.
Same as physical health stuff, we nearly all have mental health stuff.
