Last year, I'd discovered massive murkiness in the "property" declared by Modi on his affidavit. Further investigations revealed a full-blown scam.

Since many of u might not be aware of it, here are the sordid details of our "chowkidar" & his ill-gotten properties

In 2002, then Gujarat CM Narendra Modi was allotted Plot 411, Sector 1, Gandhinagar (pls remember the plot number) for a throwaway price of Rs. 1.3 lakhs. The size of the plot was 330 sq. m.

In 2007, he declared this plot in his Gujarat Assembly Election affidavit

Suddenly , in his 2012 Gujarat Assembly Election affidavit, Modi dropped any mention of this Plot 411, Sector 1, Gandhinagar.

Instead, in 2012, he changed his affidavit to claim that he now owns 1/4th share of Plot 401/A, Sector 1, Gandhinagar.

Incidentally, Arun Jaitley ALSO owned a 1/4th share in the SAME plot 401/A.

And what's bizarre is that plot 401/A doesn’t exist anywhere in Gujarat land records.

In land record registries, Plot 411 is still shown as being owned by Narendra Modi entirely.

So I asked someone to do a ground visit & check the area.

In a very curious circumstance, the ground visits showed that about 8 adjoining plots and a government ground have been enclosed into a SINGLE compound of (Modi's) plot 411 by building a boundary wall.

Now in a case that was taken up suo-moto by Gujarat HC in 2001 (and is currently pending in the Supreme Court), owners of concessional plots in Gujarat are NOT ALLOWED to sell, transfer, merge, or lease them without permission of the court.

Any "amalgamation" is illegal.

The BJP later responded to my allegation on 16th April last year and said Modi, Jaitley, & 2 others had "amalgamated" their govt. plots on 25th April, 2008.

And this is where out story gets incredibly more murky.

So Modi claims that he wholly owned Plot 411 until April 2008 when it was “amalgamated” with 3 other adjoining plots to create a new larger plot number 401/A.

Modi owns 1/4th share of 401/A along with 3 other people.

One of these 3 was Jaitley. Who were the other 2?

These other 2 people supposedly are

(1) Prafull Goradia, President of Akhil Bharatiya Jan Sangh) (owns plot 410)

(2) former BJP President and Union Law Minister Jana Krishnamurthi (owned plot 403)

And now the surprise:

Reminding you again - Modi & BJP claim the plots were "amalgamated" on 25th April, 2008 by Modi, Jaitley, Prafful Goradia & Jana Krishnamurthi.

But small catch:

Jana Krishnamurthi died in September 2007. This is 7 months BEFORE the 4 plots were allegedly "amalgamated".

- How did Modi obtain the consent of a dead person for amalgamating his plot together? Did his ghost or spirit give that consent to Modi?

- On land records, Jana Krishnamurthi is still shown as the owner of Plot 403.

Funnily, in that infamous interview with Akshay Kumar, Modi made a reference to my allegations on his plot.

Hilariously, Modi admitted that these plots can be transferred/amalgamated. He claimed he wanted to give the plot to his party.

Why didn't he do so in 18 years?

This is the history of Modi's shady & ill-gotten land in Gujarat.

Heaven knows how many acres have been usurped by him. Out of the 4 owners of the "amalgamated plot", 2 (Jana Krishnamurthi & Jaitley) are dead.

The truth will come out soon. But this is how it stands.
