_Most of your stress comes from the way you respond to things, not the way life is. If you can't change a situation, change your perception of it. What you give meaning to is what causes your emotion. Entire water of the sea can't sink a ship; similarly,
negativity of the world can't put you down unless you allow it to get inside you. Before you respond, know why you are giving something so much energy or fear. When you begin to understand why you give things meaning, you can begin to change how you respond. A man sees in
world what he carries in his heart; he sees the content of his thoughts. The only thing making you unhappy are your own thoughts about the situation, change them. Nothing in life has happened to you. It actually happened for you. Every disappointment, every wrong, even every
closed door has helped make you into who you are today. The question is not, do you have a problem? The question is, does the problem have you? If you are always worried, frustrated or upset about your life, it doesn't give room for God to help you. Remember, the more you worship
God, the less you worry!_
