hey! out of character of me but i am gonna make a positivity thread because i know i need it and iâm sure others do too!
YOU ARE LOVED! platonically or romantically, multiple people love you. just the love of one person can be enough to change someoneâs life. and to whoever you love, you have that much of an impact on them too!
YOU MATTER! your opinions matter! your thoughts matter! i want to hear them! multiple other people want to hear them! your voice is important! donât be afraid to speak up and out!
YOUR PRONOUNS ARE VALID! HOWEVER YOU IDENTIFY IS VALID! your mental health and happiness is more important than anyone elseâs personal beliefs and opinions! do what makes you happy!
YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL! regardless of how you identify or present yourself! every one of your quirks and âflawsâ is what makes you you, and you are a wonderful human being! love yourself as much as others love you! remember things you dislike about yourself other people want to have!
MISTAKES HAPPEN! Itâs okay to make mistakes! itâs okay! youâre okay! people make mistakes and this is how we learn and grow as people! everyone is given the opportunity to hurt others or be hurt with every interaction; whatâs important is we learn and improve ourselves!
YOUR EFFORTS ARE NOTICED! its okay to feel like your efforts arenât paying off or being noticed, but even small things like getting out of bed or taking your medicine is huge! they seem small in the moment, but in the long run your efforts are amazing! i see your efforts!
IM PROUD OF YOU! if nobody told this to you yet, iâm telling you now! iâm so proud of you! the fact youâre reading this right now is amazing! iâm so proud of you for being here, iâm proud of you for getting up every day and iâm proud of you for continuing to push thru every day!
ITS OKAY TO NOT BE OKAY! you donât have to be okay or happy all the time! you can be sad. you can cry. showing your emotions doesnât make you weak. showing your emotions makes you strong. youâre so strong for being here still and being honest and vulnerable.
YOURE TALENTED! itâs easy to compare yourself to others in everything: art, school, music, etc. itâs easy to convince yourself youâre not good enough. YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH! your style of art, thinking, making music, etc is what makes it so special! bc itâs different its awesome!
YOU ARE SOMEONES FAVORITE PERSON! you are someoneâs first choice! itâs hard to believe sometimes but people do get excited when your name pops up in their notifications or youâre on their feed; we never know our impact on others or how they view us. your friends love you!
YOU ARE ENOUGH! YOU ARE DOING ENOUGH! your efforts are more than enough. give yourself a pat on the back, reward yourself; take a hot bath, drink some tea, dance to your favorite song. pamper yourself. self care is important.
YOU DO DESERVE IT! you deserve the world! youâre trying your best and thatâs all anyone can ever ask. you deserve to be loved. you deserve to be pampered. you deserve friends and lovers and everything you could ever ask for.
YOU CAN DO IT! itâs easy to doubt yourself, but you can do much more than you believe. you are full of talent and possibilities. if you put your mind to it you can do anything. i believe in you!
YOUR INTERESTS ARE VALID! liking that anime or game doesnât make you any less of a cool or good person. if you like it then you like it! you shouldnât be ashamed of liking anime or certain games. itâs okay to like whatever you want to like! never be embarrassed of your interests!
THE WAY YOU COPE IS OKAY! everyone copes differently! everyone reacts to stimuli differently. itâs okay to process things differently. if you use any form of self harm my dms and this thread are open. we are here for you! you can get better! you can get through this!
YOURE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK! youâve been alive for so long! youâve been trying for so long! youâre already over halfway there! life only gets better from here, you only get more freedom from here. lifes full of possibilities and you can make your life be whatever you want soon!
