I am not being sarcastic when I say you are traumatizing yourselves.

Constantly catastrophizing everything to the worst possible degree cooks your brain. It sears every experience in a thick sauce of cortisol in a way that takes years to recover from--assuming you can at all.
Don't do that.

Appreciate that things are bad.

Understand that things could get worse.

Stop fucking "blackpilling" on this shit.

Stop being proud of being "doomers" or fucking whatever.

It's not helpful and it's dragging the people around you down with you.
You have no option but to hope things will work out better than it seems they might until they're shovelling you into a mass grave.

Anything short of that is effectively guaranteeing defeat.
