Up writing a very stern yet nice email to my old landlord attempting to avoid deleting it all and typing. “Boy, you got me fucked up.” Y’all pray for me.

So, our old landlord was trying to charge us to replace the carpet and get the walls repainted. My roommate lived there the year prior and the dude assessed damages and deducted from their deposit but, never actually preformed the repairs.

Then gone back door and try to charge ME for the repairs. Like sis, is your wig too tight? I deleted 2/3 paragraphs from the email below before I sent it lol

Also, he sent us the list of deductions on September 1 @ 12:07am. He’s required by law to do that within 30 days. We vacated on July 31st. I’m no math major nor am I a lawyer but, I think he got me fucked up.
