I bought an item on eBay, Used Macbook Pro 2016 for a total sum of $779.09 USD on August 9, after payment was sent to the seller and after he confirmed payment at his end, seller cancelled the transaction in a fraudulent manner that it shows even till today "Cancellation Pending"
And because of the "Cancellation Pending" status on eBay, I wasn't able to open a case on there, so I went to report to PayPal by opening a dispute 9 days after I made the payment, since PayPal boast of Buyer's Protection. Seller still refused to ship the item or send back money.
Seller clearly stated in his message on PayPal that he wasn't willing to ship the item to me because I asked for him to help include accessories if he had any.
After so many days had passed and it was still showing "cancellation pending" on eBay and seller still refusing to pay back my money, I escalated the case already opened PayPal for them to review and help recover my money.
In the image above, you'll see at the end how much confidence I had in PayPal processes till they ruined it for case I believed was straightforward/as clear as day - I paid for an item, Seller refused to ship. Don't I deserve to be refunded my paid sum?
After so many days had passed that I escalated the case on PayPal, PayPal claimed that I have been refunded in full by the seller, which wasn't true, I never got any refund and no refund showed up on the PayPal activity board like it was supposed to
Kindly indulge me, as I'm still an employed staff, I have some work to complete, I'll update this thread ASAP. I just want you all to know the stress and unfairness by @PayPal for a case as clear as day. I paid a seller, he refused to ship, shouldn't I get back my money speedily?
