1: Using smaller dishes.

Todayโ€™s dishes are on average 44% larger than they were in the 1980โ€™s and has been a definite cause of the rise of obesity.

Utilising smaller dishes is a simple fix that can keep your portion size in check and control overeating. -
Using smaller bowls and plates also tricks your brain into thinking youโ€™re eating more because there is less surface area.

Overtime from eating smaller portions, your stomach will shrink and in turn will get used to the amounts you are consuming.
