He has an open warrant for failure to appear... because he was caught drag racing at 110mph in the city with his 11-year-old daughter, unidentified pills, and *a loaded, unlicensed handgun* in the car, which I guess, the police just summonsed him for?
Regular thing to receive a summons for. I guess they just told him to drunk-drive on home? With his little kid and illegal loaded gun?
