Aside from the 5th circuit court, I was not able to find ruling supporting the upholding of the constitution, so every other court judge bearing witness to this ruling is complicit. They violated their oath of office which vacates all positions.
As for the illegal aliens, warrants issued for arrest, special services to deliver back to country of origin.
