before i get into the deeper side of this thread, i want to start off by saying;

you are loved. you’re important. i know it’s hard but you’ll pull through and it’s okay to not be okay, it’s okay to ask for help. you’re strong. you’re so strong. you can do this. i believe in you

it’s heartbreaking to find out someone you loved has either committed suicide or attempted suicide. it’s heartbreaking to find out from someone who was so close to committing suicide. i’ve been there so many times and it sucks and it hurts. it hurts you don’t even know
