Had some more time with the clinical trials EMPEROR-Reduced and DAPA-CKD and was able to compute various composite outcomes from the major SGLT2i trials.
Just posting the results here : if you don't start using to save lives/hearts/kidneys after this data, you are beyond fix

All Cause Mortality

Cardiovascular Mortality

Hospitalization for Heart Failure (HHF)

Worsening renal function (typically >40% sustained eGFR decline) or End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD)

Worsening renal function/ESKD or renal death (composite kidney, did not find any "renal deaths" in EMPEROR, so made it equal to worsening renal function/ESKD)

Very few renal deaths in any of the trials, so almost the same as the previous one

Composite of decr renal function/ESRD or death from all causes (this required an intermediate meta-analytic step of the individual components within each trial as it was not reported for most trials)
VERTIS CV is missing because I could not find all cause death from this RCT
