My above statement, am certain, will be unpopular among RW friends. Nevertheless, it is better Hindus choose not to become fundamentalists and in the same breath claim one can be an atheist Hindu and free to question.

Armin Navabi is a self proclaimed atheist and the founder of Atheist Republic. It is only natural for him to express his derisive opinions about religions. Just because it happens to be Hinduism this time does not warrant legal action.

We are the same folks who RTs statements making fun of Islam/Christianity. Condemn all you want but asking for legal action only makes us the Hindu equivalent of sharia state. And that is a slippery slope.
