Today& #39;s WaPo has a story about that summer "wargame" done by Democrats and their neocon allies (Podesta + Kristol) that ended up "looking to the military" for resolution of the 2020 election. That was in June. Did Biden know about this? Is that why he was "confident"? 6/7
