I talked to an eye-witness who said the car was a police escort for pro Trump protesters who were in the back seat. Just minutes before, police had surrounded what I think were 4 pro Trump protesters and had cleared the street of marked NYPD vehicles. Following is a timeline

Police are standing around what I believe were 4 pro Trump protesters.

The pro Trump protesters walked about a quarter block west on 46th Street from Broadway (the video before was from under the American Eagle entrance.) There were many police on both sides of this construction cover. This photo is looking East.

The car was stopped a few feet back & coincidentally the BLM march started at that exact time. If it was escorting the Trump supporters, my guess is the driver was afraid they’d be recognized so drove through.
