It just hit me this week, what a person believes is their biggest issue - is a cakewalk/easy for someone else and vice versa. Taking into account enneagram, what one fears, the other doesn't.
But that's not to say anyone's issues are wrong, but the contrary. Everyone's concern is valid by context and it's part of self-awareness to be accepting and understanding that situations are gonna be easier or harder through someone else's eyes.
ie. The fears of the 7 isn't shared by the 2 and the fears of the 4 isn't shared by the 9 etc. Sure there could be some overlap and some blending but the point is, people's perspectives are different and typology celebrates that by giving us the tools to know them.
