Sleep is at a premium, especially in the first few months!
Take naps when you can and go to bed early.
You can be far more productive by getting sleep and waking up early rather than staying up late!

Having a kid will show you who really cares about you.
Having a good support system outside of your wife is key.
For me its my parents and church.
They give us much needed breaks and help my wife and I stay sane.

There aren& #39;t proper words to describe how much my Son means to me.
My advice to any young parents enjoy every moment, I cannot believe he is 15 months old.
He is not a baby anymore, he is a little man and growing every day.

With my second child on the way, I want to offer my support to any other soon to be dads on here.
Men need networks, the current world has taken away many male spaces, we must take the back. FATHERHOOD IS A GIFT
