Reciprocity is necessary. And stressful. At the same time. You want it & should get it because you deserve. It's also entitlement. Which creates stress. Because are we calculating & measuring things for ourselves now?? But love is giving. But giving without receiving is unfair.

I'm not done arranging the thoughts in my head. Love is not a competition. But nobody wants the short end of the stick. And if you don't say anything you can end up resentful. Also, your needs are valid. But if you talk isn't that entitlement? What if they're trying their best?

Shouldn't you just accept the love they give you as the love they have & be satisfied? But what if you're not satisfied, don't they deserve to know? If it matters to you shouldn't you tell them? But if you do isn't that being critical & ungrateful. Now you're entitled & demanding
