Women...the patriarchy strikes again.

Can breakthrough old habits and patterns in relating.

Mars overcomes and subdues Venus for the second time. The first time was at the start of the George Floyd rebellion, leading up to June 2.

Mars in Aries = Because I can, because I will.
SQUARE = power struggle, controls
Venus in Cancer = clannish relations, women’s bodies, familiarity and safety, relationships with women, mothers/grandmothers/aunts

Mars has the upper hand again. Back in May into June it was about identity (race, gender, class, sexuality.) Still, it’s hard fought for and hard won progress and breakthroughs.

This time boundaries look like overcoming familial relating patterns, wherever they may arise. Freedom over belonging.

Mars in Aries SQUARE Venus in Cancer asks;
Where do other folks boundaries compel you to give in and respect them?
Where are you drawing lines in the sand?
What women feature prominently in your life or psyche now?
Will you pull close, dig in your heels, or cut ties?

I should add, sometimes freedom and autonomy lead to belonging, forcing the relationship dynamic to be a true representation of all in the relationship/community.

Mars is stationary, about to retrograde.
Stationary retrograde = planet appears to stop moving, about to make a u turn, disrupting the flow of traffic

Planets stationary retrograde bring sudden reversals. They demand our attention.

Mars is square Venus now, but also moving back to perfect its square with Saturn in Capricorn for the 2nd of 3 times. Mars is going back to the drawing board, figuring out what tools it has on hand to realize its goals, and what its goals should be based on what tools it has.
