: I hate to say this industry because it happens in every industry. I hate to say men in general because I have a lot of male allies. But the incredible toxic attitude of a few combined with what the fact that society doesn't know what to do when someone speaks up against when

: they are being treated poorly is the problem. Some guys feel like when a woman speaks out against an a**shole it means that she thinks that all men are a**holes. That is just not the case
It means she is pointing out THAT a**hole and wanting/asking for support
