Yesterday, I saw @davegerhardt talk about taking a company podcast and creating blogs, youtube content, short-form video, and quotes.

This really inspired me to just optimize my podcast over the last day.

Here is what I have accomplished:
1. Great thumbnails

I made these really nice for video thumbnails and blog thumbnails. I like how @privy does their thumbnails, so I tried to use a pop of color!

Hi @dwilliamriggs
2. I changed the title for each podcast to be searchable

@BrendanHufford has taught me to write to be discovered meaning, what are people searching for?

Instead of putting the episode number plus the person's name and a little info, I created titles that people want to click!
3. Created a clear blog post format

I was playing around with formats of the blog for my podcast episodes on my site. Today, I got them all in the same format.
4. I uploaded all podcasts to @YouTube

I wanted to get my show on YouTube to be more searchable. In the future, if I do video podcasts, I already have a system in place from the beginning.
5. Built a Process

I have a process, but I feel like I am optimizing this process which is encouraging and I know I can pass this process off to someone else to do execute.
