Sadly (The Pour house) @pourboston is closing after 34 years.

So here are some of my favorite memories from hosting comedy show there for two years.

1. The time some guy heckled the show and then gave his number to a woman in the crowd. She had no interest and gave me the number and I heckled his voicemail.

2. During our 2nd show there which was not well attended a random girl asked me if she could tell a quick joke. I let her. She proceeded to tell a story about sleeping with her best friends boyfriend until I had to walk up and take the mic from her because she just kept talking.

3. When the draft king bros kept talking through the show and I heard someone yell "SHUT THE FUCK UP" from the crowd. I looked out to see who had yelled at them and it was my wife Sarah, and she looked at me and mouthed the word "sorry" as if I didn't love that she did that.

4. When the Syracuse fans stayed for the whole show and said they loved it and wanted to come back again.

5. The time we had 100 people that had just taken the bar exam and trying to start the show was like trying to talk a hurricane into chilling out a bit.

6. Every time that @ryanXshea dealt with a tough room and gave it his all and NEVER once blamed the audience. He just kept giving them his best until they came around.

7. When I invited @TookyMonster to perform there and she ripped it so much that there was a line of random audience members waiting to talk to her after the show.

8. The time @NewSeanRosa made me so nervous by standing up on the bar and doing a split between the bar and the whiskey barrel.

9. When I was doing Whole Thirty and before the show I ate an entire bag of dehydrated peaches because I didn't do the math: much fiber + 2 hours hosting a show = disaster.
