Firstly, understand that fat loss is a hormonal issue, not a caloric one
Your body is far more complex than "kcal in kcal out" boi
Also, not all kcal are the same
Eating 2k kcal of pizza, doritos & trash vs eating 2k kcal of meat, salads etc
DOESN'T has the same effect on you

Most of it depends on two hormones...
- Insulin, the fat storing hormone

- Glucagon, the fat releasing hormone
Glucagon lets Lipolysis happen, a process where:
- Your fat cells are broken down to fatty acids to use them as ATP (energy)

Since they spike your Blood Sugars MASSIVELY, and insulin is necessary to lower your B.S.
