Firstly, understand that fat loss is a hormonal issue, not a caloric one

Your body is far more complex than "kcal in kcal out" boi

Also, not all kcal are the same

Eating 2k kcal of pizza, doritos & trash vs eating 2k kcal of meat, salads etc

DOESN'T has the same effect on you

Most of it depends on two hormones...

- Insulin, the fat storing hormone 🔥
&...
- Glucagon, the fat releasing hormone 🧬

Glucagon lets Lipolysis happen, a process where:

- Your fat cells are broken down to fatty acids to use them as ATP (energy) 🔥
"Weyy que chingón. Now how do I boost Glucagon and/or Lipolysis?"

(wey que chingon = bro that is so fucking cool)

- INTENSE WORKOUTS 🦍
- Low O-6/High O-3 🐠
- Eat more PROTEIN
- No Snacks/Fast
- HIIT/Sprints

It's as simple as that.

But the most powerful way is...

- Avoiding high GI Foods 🍞

They trigger INSULIN (remember it?)

Since they spike your Blood Sugars MASSIVELY, and insulin is necessary to lower your B.S.

And HIGH INSULIN blocks access to your fat reserves = BLOCKS LIPOLYSIS.

Why would you burn fat, when you have enough glucose around?

Also, when Insulin is High, Glucagon is low. And vice-versa
