Steve Adler of Austin is 1 of the VP's of The National Conference of Democratic Mayors. It is comprised of mayors in cities of 30k+.

3. Three US Mayors met at SXSW in 2018 and disclosed how they circumvented the US Gov on the Paris Agreement and that they were targeting companies that did not agree w them on Net Neutrality.

The conference they hosted was named, "Mayors Disrupting Locally, Leading Globally."
