to anyone whoâs going to defend this ,, i beg of u to pls understand power dynamics. us minors are allowed to develop crushes on older ppl bc itâs harmless. itâs not th same as an adultâwho clearly has the advantage in this situationâreciprocating our feelings.
as adults, theyâre always to be held responsible of their decisions, including their choice to return intimacy w a minor. they KNOW what theyâre doing as their mentalityâs more matured & developed. theyâre in the position to take advantage of a minorâs feelings & naivety.
th minor wonât realize th severity of th situation bc theyâd only view it as their crush returning their feelings. in some cases where they grow older, itâll continue to get worse bc theyâve alr gone thru sm manipulation that they choose to disregard th red flags present.
12 being th age of consent in th ph will never justify pedophilia. th age of consent laws will never be a justifiable defense over an adultâs predatory behavior towards a minor. th age of consent laws should not excuse a 20 yr old pursuing a relationship w a 15 yr old.
