I need to gain weight bad. I got the worst appetite issues man, always have. I guess that’s my biggest anxiety response not being hungry. And quitting drinking a year ago has led to a bunch of weight loss and now I’m light enough to wrestle at the weight class I did in early HS

That being said I’m working out more than I have in recent memory by far so hopefully that will lead to some gains and also at least I’ll be light and muscled and not just light. But still. Not pleased today.
Also this maybe read a little confusing, I’m 27 so yeah lol it’s wild I could wrestle at the class I did over a decade ago
