Something I posted a while back on my fb came up today, and I wanted to post it in a thread because it’s still super relevant, so, “You have all the time in the world” -A Thread

I absolutely HATE the pictures and posts about things, that are like "you're still young you don't have to get your life together right now, you don't have to stress." When in all honesty, we absolutely have to stress about this. Because guess what life isn't easy-going.

There are some of us who are graduating soon and freaking out because in order to finish something that can PREVENT you from doing anything in the future you have to have the grades. We are not young forever, we do not have all the time in the world no matter how much we like to

think that we do. Guess what the kids that are planning on going to college have to start worrying about where they're gonna go, how they're gonna get there, how're they gonna pay. For those of us not going to college we have to plan for getting a damn JOB.

You know that thing that everybody HAS to have in order to, you know, live. How are they going to make themselves seem better for whatever job than EVERYONE ELSE.

It is so frustrating the everyone likes to give us false hope, that almost none of us fall for, that "we have time" when we don't. Hell for all we know we could die tomorrow. Stop trying to make this generation ignorant about how life actually is going to be.

Life is going to be gone in a flash, and guess what so is all that supposed "time" you're talking about.
