Essentially this is telling the potential customer a benefit of your product
Then asking a 'low impact' question to find out if they would be interest in learning more
The key here is to explain a benefit or benefits without demanding anything from them.

This relies on you and your positive thinking
Believe you will close the deal from the start
It will change how you approach the sale - your confidence, your enthusiasm

One of the most popular closes out there
It is essentially putting a deadline on a special offer for the product
'2 Left at 75% off' etc
This creates urgency
And allows you to overcome the second though nature of not purchasing a product

Question Closes -
The purpose of this technique is to
Eliminate any doubt in the potential customers mind
Ask them if your product solves their problem
If they say no you can ask why and actually give a reason to why it does solve the problem
Its a win win

If they try to barter the price or get a discount
Tell then you will give them a discount but will remove a certain aspect of the product or service
