Fairly uniform tents, draped in ubiquitous "blue tarps" and tan covers. Toilets. Looks like a generator parked in the street between camps. Double-fencing, with "privacy" barrier. Mess tents?

Some comments on this thread concern me. I understand the anger since the authorities are unwilling to do their jobs - but we need to keep our heads, and NOT encourage violence. I'm praying about it. May delete this thread.
