Sorry to go business management theory on you, but this is Steve Nash’s leadership style. It’s also proven to be the most effective with millennials. I think if a player hires a coach they’re gonna hire an AI leader.
I work in a field that studies business management styles and this is what we use and I think it’s brilliant. It’s literally the “Steve Nash high five-ing his teammates even after mistakes” style of leadership. It will be fascinating to see an NBA coach with this style though.
