Watching @PalletShelter demo setting up a tiny home that can be set up in about 30 minutes. 70-100 of these will be set up in a warehouse in Minneapolis to house people currently living outside

Here’s background on the effort. Some things have changed since I wrote this story. It will now be in a warehouse in the north loop with 70-100 people. The vast majority of Pallet’s employees have experience with homelessness or addiction. So far they have been set up outside but the plan here is to put them inside to save on utilities and be more comfortable in winter. (Bathrooms are separate).
