in regards of what that singer posted yesterday, it’s kind of weird when stans ask their fave to speak out on issues cause in most cases it’s not genuine and just a way for them to seem “unproblematic” or to use them speaking out in fan wars

the best way for celebs to show they care without seeming performative is to just donate proportionate to their wealth or give someone whose an activist and actually educated on that issue their platform

cause in reality most rich celebs don’t gaf and are often dumb and that has been shown multiple times this year

anyways what that singer posted was dumb and insensitive and that brought up this thread
