Fighting mental health issues is by far the most draining thing, i don& #39;t wish it upon anyone.
It& #39;s honestly just alot easier to pretend your okay than to begin explaining what it is you go through to individuals with no capacity to understand.
You don& #39;t wake up just wanting to be a negative / depressed person, your mind just processes differently. Your brain picks at every thought, feeling and emotion and is SO difficult to control.
It affects your whole life, relationships, friends, your social interactions. " she was just fine now, don& #39;t know what happened " - TRIGGERS.
Some have the strength to fight it and others don& #39;t. Some days are better but most days you feel like your whole world is falling apart. Finding effective coping mechanisms is the biggest challenge, what works today doesn& #39;t necessarily work tomorrow.
... whatever it is you battle with, I hope you don& #39;t give up. Healing and overcoming is not an easy journey, but you have to find it in you to BELIEVE there is light at the end of the tunnel.
