The announcements for Mario 35 are cool and all but all I can do is sit here and think... what will we get for Zelda 35? 
I think we _have_ to get a Skyward Sword remake/port. It'll be both Zelda's 35th and SS's 10th next year. SS is the only 3D Zelda not to get the "HD" re-release treatment so far.
Ocarina and Majora on the Switch? Probably.
BoTW2 seems likely for release 2021 as well.

Wishlist:
A Link to the Past getting the same treatment that Link's Awakening did last year. Use the exact same engine, etc.
A Link Between Worlds on the Switch! Port or remake using the LA engine?!
Ports of the 3DS games. No remakes, just playable ports on the Switch.
