20 years is a long time. It’s amazing how quickly it passes when you are with the one you love the most. The one that makes every day worth living.
It’s crazy to think that I am just as in love with this girl, today, as I was 20 years ago. She knows everything about me. But she loves me anyway. She knows how to handle my mood swings and she still laughs at my endless supply of corny jokes.
20 years ago she agreed to start a family with me. Why? I have no idea. But I could not have picked a more perfect partner for this journey. I completely wrecked her body, with 3 kids. She never complained. She NEVER complains. How is that possible?
I don’t know how i managed to get so lucky, 20 years ago...but I’m so glad I did. Even in my darkest days, she makes everything better. Doesn’t nag me, doesn’t try to change me. Just loves me unconditionally.
I have no idea what the next 20 years will bring, but I don’t care as long as I get to live it with you. I love you @Lstradley
