🌞APPLES: An apple a day keeps the doctor away, this is really true. Apples are rich in antioxidants, vitamin c, fiber and several other nutrients that may boost heart, brain and body wellness. They can help fight asthma and are good for weight loss.
🌞BEANS: beans are an excellent source of protein, b vitamins and lots more. It can help reduce your blood sugar, improve cholesterol levels and control your appetite considerably
🌞EGGS: eggs are incredibly nutritious, they contain vitamin A , B vitamins and decent amounts of Vitamin D, vitamin E, Vitamin K, vitamin B6, calcium ans zinc.
🌞AVOCADOES: avocadoes are nutritious and a good source of healthy fats, vitamin c, e, k and B6
🌞 WATER: technically, you can't eat water but you need a lot of it in your system daily. At least 8 glasses of water daily would work wonders for your health and your skin.
