Is bighit so incapable of growing their brand organically by creating their own subs. that they feel the need to buy other companies in order to become bigger??

That just doesn't sound right to me tbh
This "race to buy out many companies to look bigger" it's just proving to me that BigHit is only here for the money & the profits. They don't care about music truly, they want to grow as a corporate entity which will lead to their employees and artists being treated like property
Mark my words. If bighit keeps this up soon they will be the toxic company everyone Hates. They will be having artists leaving and not easily either.

They obviously just want to be classified as one of the "big 3" or "Korea's most powerful business" but you +
Become one of the big 3 by creating multiple iconic talent like YG has with BIGBANG, 2NE1, iKON, BP, etc and SM with SNSD, Suju, H.O.T, etc. And by creating an impact on the history of the music.

Not with just one group and their millions of profits.
May I remind you they tried to aquire or partner with YG and as far as I'm aware it didn't work out. Probably bcs YG is determined to continue their path organically and in their own way.

Bighit feels like they can't be patient to do their growing on their own +
So they think by buying other well established companies who could have easily grown bigger then them in the future, that this will speed up process of becoming big & amazing

Idk it's all my opinion but none of it sits right & I sorry for the future of BTS & other bighit talent
And to the army and haters that think our reaction to this is just jealousy or something

It's not. We have nothing to be jealous over when it comes to a company.

If anything this is just concern for BTS & other bighit talent's future and well-being. +
You don't want bighit to grow to fast and start working as a corporate monster then a company dedicated to their artists health and care.

I'm just saying.
Tbh Bighit has the great potential to be an amazing company, they already proved that with BTS. They could easily do that if they stayed true to their brand and roots and create more iconic acts like BTS or ones that compliment their brand.

But instead they are +
Buying out competition and taking others talent and adding. That's not right in my opinion, it's not organic, honest way of building.

Its like they are showing that they feel they can't continue creating their own talent so they gotta TAKE talent in order to make it big.
At the end of the day, all I care about is the future of the artists who will have to suffer the consequences of BigHits actions. I hope things work out, but I have yet to see good things happen to a company that chooses to grow in this type of way.
Add on: yes their strategy is the best way to grow in a short amount of time, especially when they have scheduled an IPO coming up, however, they are still a company with only one widely Successful Group that they created on their own.

They are moving way to fast tbh +
Usually companies, like YG and JYP, wait until they have a few successes under their belts, steady profits, high stocks, and good solid business partnerships before going public. Even though BH may have some great profits , partner ships, etc, they still need more +
And instead getting to that point at their own pace, creating their OWN subsidiaries, talent, etc...they are rushing things but taking it elsewhere.

It just screams greed and impatient behavior.
It's obvious that they are taking advantage of BTS profits and their partnerships to monopolize on the industry, which only shows how fueled they are by power and greed.

It's obvi that the plan is to buy the competition, sell themselves into deals to take control +
And that is honestly something that should concern everyone. Especially now since they are clearly trying to sink their claws into the "Big 3" and so far things are not going well...( Which is probably why a lot of scandals are getting CREATED but that's a whole nother story) +
Honestly, I'd just keep my eye out on them cause this path usually leads to the company's staff and talents to suffer the most, especially when the company becomes too big that even the artists have a hard time getting issues resolved.

I hope things work out though.
