visited a new climbing gym tonight! another lady was working on the same climbing route as my friend and I. we got talking and she told us about a workshop that was happening later that evening, so my friend and I signed up

they told us it would be $25 but their website said $10?? so front desk staff said 'shhh just sign up online and pay the cheaper price' and we were happy to comply win 1!

then the workshop started and it was just me, my friend, and the lady who told us about it! of all the people at the gym, we got chatting to the one person who knew about the workshop!! what a lucky meeting win 2!

because it was such a small group, each of us got 1 on 1 coaching from a great climber and had plenty of time to practice the techniques we learned win 3! a fabulous night, for which I am very grateful
