If you have those thoughts pls go and talk to someone you trust. Friends or your Family. Its not good to keep this thoughts and your Problems in your Mind. ☘︎
Dont let them control you. Always remember that youre for someone the reason to be happy. There are always people that love you. No one is alone. I understand that urge. That urge to end it and to harm yourself but ask yourself. What are my profits?
Why do i hurt myself? For what? If your urge is to big heres some alternatives.

- snap a rubber band around your Wrist
- For every cut you have, you have to wait one day to cut again
- Meditate
- go outside to distract yourself or pick a Hobby like drawing, play Music etc 🎶

- run an ice cube down wherever you want to səlfharm
- get a ballpoint pen the finest you can find. You gonna have red marks for few days
- write what youre feeling in a Book
- write the good things people say to you in real life or online ☆
...
...
- skribble on photos of people in magazines ✍︎
- throw something smal against the wall (apple, pair of socks, book, etc,...)
- scream. let your emotions go but dont use them against other people
- listen to music and sing
- pop balloons 𖣘
...
...
- make a cloth doll and imagine this as your problems that bother you. Cut them up instead of your wrist
- Cut up fruits
- make yourself comfortable as possible
- run your hands under freezing cold water
- wax your legs
- splash your face with cold water ❀
...
...
- massage the spot where you want to hurt yourself
- take a hot shower/ bath
- write or paint on yourself
- bite into a hot pepper or chew a piece of ginger root ☽︎
Things to distract yourself of those thoughts:

- Say “I’ll self harm in fifteen minutes if I still want to” and keep going for periods of fifteen minutes until the urge fades
- color your hair
- make a cup of tea
- tell and laugh at jokes ❦︎

- Search ridiculous things on the web ⌨︎
- call up an friend
- watch Netflix or a Movie
- paint your Nails
- cook something
- doodle on sheets of paper
- play a sport
- read a book
- buy a plant and take care about it
- memorize a poem with meaning シ︎

- go outside and watch the clouds roll by ☁︎
- go shopping
- make your own dance routine ✫
- Plan regular activities for your most difficult time of day
- take a break of mental processing
- watch something on YouTube
- colour on a Picture or a colour book ☀︎︎

...
- Pay attention to your breathing (breath slowly in through your nose and out through your mouth)
- Pay attention to the rhythmic motions of your body (walking, stretching, etc...)
- re-organize your room
- have a lush warm bubble bath❣︎
- do some knitting
...
Some things that are completely random and bizarre but you gonna have a laugh. ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ

- crawl on all fours and Bark or make anothet animal sounds
- run outside screaming
- put faces on different objects
- color on the walls
- blow bubbles
Things against feeling sad, lonely or Guilty:
- buy a cuddly toy ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ
- remember something what makes you happy and keep it for a while in your mind
- watch your favorite Movie/Show or play your favorite Video Game
- Eat something ridiculously sweet ⁂

- look at things that are special to you
- compliment someone else :)
- play with your Pets if you have some
- If you’re religious, read the bible or pray ❤︎
- Allow yourself to cry.
crying is a healthy release of emotion and its not making you weak.

- Curl up under a comforter with hot cocoa and a good book ☕︎
- Make a tray of special treats and tuck yourself into bed with it and watch TV/Netflix or read
- Accept a gift from a friend
If your feeling Panicky or scared:

- name all of you soft toys
- cuddle with a pillow or a cuddly toy
- hyper focus on something
- crunch ice
- feel your pulse to prove youre alive
- Accept where you are in the process. Beating yourself up, only makes it worse ✌︎

- 1. Lay on your back in bed comfortably (eyes closed), and breathe in for 4, hold for 2, out for 4, hold for
- 2. Make sure to fill your belly up with air, not your chest. If your shoulders are going up, keep working on it. ~

- 3. When you’re comfortable breathing, put your hand on your belly and rub up and down in time with your breathing. If your mind wanders to other things, move it back to focusing ONLY on the synchronized movement of your hand and breathing.
Things that hopefully make you think twice about səlfharm:

- you dont have to hurt yourself just because youre thinking about that
- create a safe place to go
- repeat to yourself "I dont deserve to be hurt" even if you dont believe it

- Remember that you always have the choice not to cut.
- think about how you may feel guilty after cut
- make your own list of things to do instead of səlfharm
- Recognize and acknowledge the choices you have NOW ༆

"The Butterfly Project" 🦋

draw a butterfly on the place(s) that you would self harm and if the butterfly fades without self-harming, it means it has lived and flown away, giving a sense of achievement. ....
...Whereas if you do selfharm with the butterfly there; you will have to wash it off. If that does happen, you can start again by drawing a new one on. You can name the butterfly after someone you love.
- Write the name of a loved one and write their name where you want to self harm. When you go to self harm remember how much they care and wouldnt want you to harm yourself.
- Lose the “should-could-have to” words. Try… “What if” ᯽
If you have the urge to see something similar to your Bl00d cover your arms with plasters, draw yourself with bl00d, make "wounds" with make-up, use ice cubes and draw with them in the areas you want to cut use also red food color that replaces your bl00d. ᪥
