There are so many abuses even in this still photo. Now that he is handcuffed, why is he sitting in the snow, naked against the pavement, getting frostbite? Don't these cops have a blanket in one of their cruisers? For real? Does anybody have a jacket? Or just put him in the car!
And then if it weren't enough to expose him to the elements and hinder his respiration with the unnecessary spit hood, since film confirms he wasn't spitting at anybody, and #BanSpitHoods they kill everyone, if that weren't enough cops knelt on his neck. Scared of his nakedness.
