hi, i know the world seems a little much right now so just lay down and take some time for yourself and go through this thread, everything is gonna be okay i promise!
some things that help me get through the school day are fidgeting with things and doodling on ur work!! don’t keep looking at the clock because time goes a lot slower when you don’t have a distraction- just make your main focus getting through the day
talk to your friends! they care about you and they will always be there to listen. and if you don’t feel comfy with that- maybe talk to somebody you’re less familiar with like a teacher? they can be really helpful with putting things in place to reduce anxieties or upsets!
make sure you get enough food and drink- your physical and mental health are very closely linked. your body needs the vitamins to survive and function properly and not taking care of it properly will make you feel a lot worse and a lot more nervous
never feel guilty for taking time alone. if you need space, you are more than welcome to have it. if you need to sit in a classroom alone for a while or maybe in the bathrooms- feel free to do it! whatever would make you feel safe and comfortable
think about all the things you can do when you get home! for me, i think about what i wanna paint, or which friend i’ll call, seeing my cats and painting my nails! even having a bath or watching a movie i love
