I see that the Jewish Chronicle editor, Stephen Pollard (who still moonlights for the anti-immigrant Mail, Telegraph and Express) reached a new low with a tweet mocking @jeremycorbyn's pride in his mum being at the Battle of Cable Street, asking "on which side"?

This was his puerile response to the fact that one of Corbyn's brothers (Piers) was mixing with fascists+ other conspiracy theorists eg David Icke, at the anti-maskers/COVID-deniers gathering in London. As one of Corbyn's sons put it "associating with fascists is disgusting..."

He added: "Piers Corbyn speaks for Piers Corbyn and only Piers Corbyn". I didn't see Pollard's tweet till today. He blocked me some time ago. Why? Maybe because I exposed his lavish praise for the Islamophobic, and Enoch Powell admirer, Douglas Murray? Or perhaps,

for reminding people how Pollard defended Cameron's invite to Poland's Law and Justice MEP Kaminski to Tory Conference in 2009. Earlier Kaminski was in an antisemitic far right youth movement. in 2001, Kaminski condemned an apology by Poland's PM re the Jedwabne massacre of 1941

At Jedwabne hundreds of Jews were rounded up and locked in a barn which was set of fire. Around 40 non-Jewish Poles were implicated in the massacre while Nazi military police looked on. Even the Board of Deps condemned Cameron's invitation. Pollard's excuse?

He said "Far from being an antisemite, Mr Kaminski is about as pro-Israeli an MEP as exists." In Pollard's world any antisemitism is forgiven if you love Israel's ethnocracy. Or perhaps it was because I revealed the utter hypocrisy of Pollard's ludicrous claim that Jeremy Corbyn

was an "existential threat to Jews", by pointing out Pollard's complicity with those who *really* threatened Jews. In 2011, Nazi internet warriors seized on a report in the Jewish Chronicle attacking one of my sons for his political activity and made death threats on their site.

They linked to the JC report. In private emails we appealed to Pollard to remove the article from the JC site. He refused. That's how little he cares about real existential threats to real Jews. No doubt he would defend the JC's pathetic role re the fascist threat in the 1930s.

They played down fascist attacks on Jews, dismissed them as a few Nazi copy-cats. When Mosley threatened to march 1000s of uniformed fascists through the East End, the JC told Jews to stay indoors. Luckily, most Jews and many anti-fascist non-Jews like Corbyn's mum ignored them.
