Accounting and record keeping, marketing of vacancies and other property management services you deem necessary for your property.

We are a young team and we also intend to provide employment for & involve other young professionals, skilled or unskilled.

Our target market includes and not limited to;
Property owners who need a professional to handle their entire property to save them the stress and time dealing with tenants.
Property owners who provide commercial premises and require the occupants to sign lease contracts.

Also, estates where home owners agree on a collective approach of managing maintenance & repair, gardening, cleaning & garbage collection.
Also, recreational facilities that require these services.

We are constantly upgrading our standards to satisfy your needs. We cannot wait to be part of your projects, and as so we look forward to contributing to our economy by providing employment to - mostly- unskilled youth.

Closing this thread with good news that we are newly contracted to provide some selected services on an interim basis to Willstone Homes, Kenyatta Road, Parklands, until the project ends and is fully occupied then we can bargain for a full-time management contract.
