Diagnosis:
 
Seminoma with “tubular” pattern.
1/ There are a number of rarer patterns a seminoma can have including tubular, tubulopappilary, cordlike or microcystic.

4/ Lastly, this case also had classic changes of cryptorchidism (see images below).
