Here Kriya (deed/क्रिया) in Akriya (non deed/अक्रिय) and Akriya in Kriya in actual should be with Parmarth(परमार्थ) thoughts which is only possible when we have no desire for the deeds performed.

There should be no attachment towards its outcome,nor there should be deed related self ego or attachment. Because when the deed is not for your benefit and comfort but for others then you become selfless(Akriya) .

आ यद्दुवः॑ शतक्रत॒वा कामं॑ जरितॄ॒णां ।
ऋ॒णोरक्षं॒ न शची॑भिः ॥

Translation :

शतक्रतो - Oh Indra!

यत् - Those.

दुवः - Wealth.

आ - To the deserving one's.

तम् - Them.

जरितृणाम् - The one's singing your praises.

कामम् - To favour or indulge.

शचीभिः - Deed same as that of Chariot.

अक्षम् - Of hub.

न - similar.

आ ऋणोः - To bring and keep.

Explanation: Here Indradev is requested that whatever wealth the hymn singing Yajmans deserve, You favour or indulge them the same way the chariots hub does its work.
