I couldn't secure a top 3 rank in my 6th standard. Today I am a surgeon, the top 3 are not. So, the 3 toppers of 6th standard deserve cake because they topped in 6th std and I don't?
I don't because I persevered continuously and peaked later?

Now Sanatan Dharma may have peaked in scientific acumen 2-3 millenia ago but the rest of world has worked harder and progressed by leaps and bounds, so much so that we now have to depend on them for almost all technological/medical advances.

Most of the logical and evidence based stuff of alternative streams of medicine get acknowledged by Allopathy, as Modern Scientific Medicine is often referred to, and so has been Ayurveda's, by and large. I don't know what Ayurveda stands for today.

If it stands for herbal and poorly standardized concoctions then God help. If it is at mercy of a few spokespersons who have no formal training then again the almighty help. In the meantime it would be nice if we stopped sulking because we came 1st in 6th std and smell Coffee.

The world has moved far ahead and so must we. Sulking ain't gonna help.
