I'm not even hating on The Rock at all man. I think a lot of people are in this boat. Everyone claims they're doing good social distancing. How can you really know? And after your family has Covid is the wrong time to find out.
I mean we know what the safest things to do are. But people really have been in the house for month and some of them are starting to take risks. And everyone's risk aversion varies.
And technically the rules allow for stuff like family friends visiting. Small gatherings and whatnot...

So if The Rock is telling the truth I can see how he thought he was being safe.
