It's been 48+ hours since my class on Monday & I still don't have access to the Cloud Recordings. 1/n

When I contacted @zoom_us support, their response was: "Please note that recordings may take half the length of the recording, and at the extreme could take up to 24 hours, to finish processing."

I'm pretty sure that 48 > 24 hours. No?

Will update thread with any new info. 2/n

Opened a new help ticket bc the first one stopped responding.

New response: "We are currently having an issue and delay. The processing is to wait for 72 hours. Hoping for your kind consideration on this one"

Nope. Give me my recording now @zoom_us 3/n

It's now been 72 hours and still no recording @zoom_us 4/n
